Visual Studio 2012 Express

Question

My computer has Microsoft Visual C# 2010 Express. When I try to install latest version of "Visual Studio 2012 Express for Windows Desktop" (I assumed that this is most appropriate for me) setup failed message is coming. Please fix the error.

My system is:
Windows XP Professional version 2002

You cannot install vs 2012 express in windows xp because, .net framework 4.5 is not supported on Xp. But with Visual studio 2012 updates 1 you can use VS2012 with XP operating system. here is the link to download VS 2012 updates 1 http://www.microsoft.com/visualstudio/eng/downloads#d-visual-studio-2012-update b ut i believe its not providing all the features

Thank you for your help. From your aid I can come to a conclusion that before installing Visual Studio 2012 Express, I have to install .NET Framework 4.5 which is not supported on Windows XP. That mean I can't install Visual Studio 2012 Express in my computer.
