Website in grid format

Hi I am developing a website in ASP.net 4.0. I want to develop a website like http://www.wolffolins.com/. I want to know how to build a logic when I want to webpage data in different boxes by maintaining height and width of each column.

Hi I want to display data on home page using following 6 format. 1. Text with paragraph image 2. Image 3. Video 4. Background Image and Text 5. Image on hover (Text or Image) 6. Text on Hover (Text or Image) I have an Web Page which gives facility to add data in database with above six formats. I will add multiple records with above six formats. Each record will be displayed with different height and width. like it is displyedin http://www.wolffolins.com site. I am using ASP.Net 2010
