Question

What does this point mean between variable var and index?

Sachin Singh · Answer

As per your question the output will be 2.

List.Index() method gives the first occurance of element in a list.

var = ['Jinsy','Minsy','Rinsy','John','Rinsy']
print(var.index('Rinsy')) // there are two Rincy but the first occurance is at position 2 , so o/p is 2
