What medical career requires the least amount of college years?

So I've been thinking about studying for a medical career and I was wondering - what career requires the least amount of school? I know some medical careers require like- seven years of school is there a career that can require four or less than four years of college?

Nursing requires as little as 2 years for an RN. Paramedic a minimum of a 1 1/2 years. Dental Hygienest 2-3 years of school Radiology Technician 4 years If you want an MD though it's 4 years of college 4 years of medical school and 4 years of 3 years internship residency and specialty. Surgery takes even longer Dentist is 4 years college and 4 years dental school.
