Why we need Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate Edition ?

Here I need to submit a report like why we need Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate Edition. What are all the benefits of Ultimate Edition while comparing with other editions. becuase Ultimate Edition license cost arounds 5 Lakhs in Indian rupees.

HI ultimate is having many features but up to me vs 2010 will interact with TFS server the source code controller and etc(i think you know) the vs 2010 will act as TFS client (so u DONT want to use other source code controller or version controller)
