window form in random order

Sir,
1. I make a window application file in c#, it contains 20 window forms. Now i want to run that form randomly when i click a button
like this suppose when i click the button it automatically display form under 1 to 20. next time when i again click the button it display form under 1 to 20 but the i saw in first click it doesnot come again. I repeat that process.Please help me urgently

2. I make a setup file in ADO.NET and it contains sql database. Now I want to make same setupfile that contains sql database and it run on other system without installing sql server. How can i do this. Please help me again
