Question

hai ..any body can help me

i will create a windows forms billing application....bt when i click the additem button the form will open and the same time click on same button then duplicate form will appaer ...my requirment is the user click on the add item button than the form will open and not duplicates are open..

considerhere List_Customers is the name of the form you need to open you may try code below .. if ((Application.OpenForms[List_Customers] as Form) != null) { } else { List_Customers lc = new List_Customers(); lc.MdiParent = this; lc.StartPosition = FormStartPosition.CenterScreen; lc.Show(); } ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- hope this would help you.. Check if form open. If yes then close previous form and open new.
