Windows From to add data into complaint databse

Question

Does anyone know of a good tutorial that will allow to me to create a form that adds data into a database of Access or SQL.  I would also like a search button to view existing records.

There are lots and lots of things on google but I cannot find a simple tutorial to get me started (idiots guide in my case).
