Wordpress error of a simple start demo

Question

I have configure wordpress locally , i have installed a themse on it it was working fine now every day when i start up and run my local host the site work fine but the dashboard admin pael gives the below error last day i restore the wordpress from scratch then it resolved today again it give the below error
