Write in place of in text file

Question

I am writing the XML into test file but when it writes the XML into text file it replaces the with the < and >. I have tried many ways i.e. HTMLUtility.HtmlEncode and decode method to do the same but could not succeed. I am trying this XML into text file with .txt extension. Is there any way to do it? Please help its urgent.
