We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of industry best practices. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and driving the successful delivery of business solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements, clarify issues, and drive consensus.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including business process flows, use cases, and user acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and project management to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the implementation phase.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies, Agile practices, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) is a plus.
- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are desirable but not required.
