We are seeking a Technical Lead who can forge a link between our clients and our immensely talented teams. The ideal candidate would be an Individual who is proficient in Agile methodologies and has the ability to understand client requirements and effectively communicate them to the Development and Testing teams.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing client requirements and recommending modifications (if any) to the client
- Collaborating with all stakeholders with regards to client requirements
- Mentoring the team with development and testing along with working in your area of expertise
- Developing and understanding of TFS and bug logging tools
- Efficiently handling resource allocation (E.g.: developers and QAs can work simultaneously)
You Must Have
- 6-9 years of experience as a developer in Microsoft Technologies
- Hands on experience of working with Technologies like C#, Asp.Net, MVC, MVVM, Silverlight, WPF, WCF, Web API, SQL, Xamarin
- A proven track record of producing high quality work with small & large teams
