We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team and take ownership of improving the user experience of our products from conception to launch. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content designers to deliver high-quality digital experiences that drive commercial success and enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Design Leadership. Contribute to the strategic direction of our products and design strategy. Lead the design of end-to-end user flows and experiences in alignment with our design systems and standards.
- Innovative Experience Creation. Develop new and complex digital-first experiences that align with our commercial goals, such as increasing digital channel share and achieving clear commercial impact.
- Continuous Improvement. Implement and advocate for continuous improvement opportunities to enhance design processes. Ensure a consistent and coherent approach to managing design quality and fostering collaboration across teams.
- Internal Collaboration. Build strong relationships within the organization, contribute to a culture of design excellence, and promote a user-centered approach to working.
- Customer Advocacy. Champion user needs, ensuring that design solutions effectively address real customer challenges and provide valuable solutions.
- Prototyping and Wireframing. Create detailed wireframes and prototypes to communicate the look and feel of the user interface prior to development.
Skills Required
- Visual Design Principles. Strong knowledge of visual design principles, including typography and color theory.
- Interaction Design. Deep understanding of interaction design principles to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- UX Design Processes. Expertise in user experience (UX) design principles and processes to drive user-centered design solutions.
- Tools Proficiency. Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
