At the Google I/O event today, Google has announced a bunch of new features added to its Google Home speaker. Here is a list of all of the features that were added.
Hands free phone calling service is now available to US and Canada residents. The command, “Hey Google, call [number]” will call a mobile or landline number in your contact list.
Spotify with SoundCloud is coming to Google Home.
Bluetooth support is added to the speaker that will allow you to play music from your mobile and so on.
Alerts and notifications for information like weather and traffic.
Play on my TV connectivity via Google Chromecast is available.
