Microsoft Announces UWP Community Toolkit 1.4

Microsoft releases its fourth UWP Community Toolkit 1.4, and this version mainly focuses on stabilization and improvements on existing controls and services.

As per the contribution rules of the company, you will now gain better accessibility for all controls. Now, you will be able to use every control with keyboard, mouse, and touch inputs. The company also goes ensures that the controls provide enough information for the narrator so as to make them compatible with screen readers.
 
Microsoft states,
 
“We also introduced a new project (and a new NuGet package) called Microsoft.Toolkit.Uwp.DeveloperTools. The goal of this project is to provide support tools for developers.”
