Welcome to an article on how to translate document in SharePoint 2013 and Office 365 using Nintex Workflows. This article will display the action “Translate Document” so that all my developer friends don’t have to spend much time and effort while using this function in their projects. Let’s see the implementation of this functionality.
Item: Choose the item or the document which you want to translate. Language: You can select any of the languages from the drop down to which you want to convert the document to. Document Library: Specify the library where you want this translated document to be stored. As for me, I will save in the same library.
ScenarioUpload a document in the library “DevDoc” as per the following screenshot: An item gets created named Translate Document file. The file has the following content. As soon as I uploaded my document, my Translated document also gets created on my library. Translate_es is the file which got generated and when you open it, you will find the content translated to Spanish, as my language selected. Here we saw a document which was uploaded as the name “Translate” having content in English, got a copy of the document in Spanish as Translate_es with no extra effort of translating them. So in this article we saw how to translate document in SharePoint 2013 and Office 365 using Nintex Workflows, we will see more new articles on the actions of Nintex Workflows in the other parts of the article. Till then, keep learning!
