Disable Unnecessary Animation in Windows 8

Introduction

In this article we are explaining how to disable all unnecessary animation in Windows 8. Animation is the sequential flying display of images to generate an illusion of movement. Basically animation is used for entertainment purposes. It gives the appearance of motion for entertainment.

Windows 8 has many animations to entertain us but they are not useful. So if you want to eliminate these unnecessary displays then you can do that. The purpose of disabling animation specifically is that low-powered CPUs will benefit from disabling these animations, but a slight performance increase is to be had on nearly any system. For laptop users disabling animation is very useful for improving battery performance.

How to disable unnecessary animation in Windows 8

Step 1

Go to the search box and type "control panel" and click on the "Control Panel" icon from the result window.

Click on "Ease of Access" in the Control Panel.

In this step click on "Ease of Access Center".

In this step click on "Make the computer easier to see".

Step 5

In this step click on "Turn off all unnecessary animations" and click on "OK". Exit from this window.
