Introduction
In this article we are explaining how to enable Hibernate in the Windows 8 power option. Hibernate is a state of the computer. In the Hibernate state the contents of the computer's memory are saved to disk and the computer shuts down. The next time we turn on our computer it will reload the memory stored on the hard disk then continue from where it was at.
Hibernate is faster then a complete shutdown because it doesn't have to reload all the startup items.
Hibernate is a power saving state and its mainly designed for laptops. In Windows 7 it's already enabled in the power options and we don't have to enable this feature but Windows 8 doesn't enable it in the power options and we have to manually enable this feature.
How to enable Hibernate in Windows 8
Step 1
Move cursor on write-button and select Search box.
Step 2
In search box type "Control panel" and click on control panel Icon.
Step 3
In control panel click on "Power Options".
Step 4
In Power Options window click on "Choose what the power button does".
Step 5
In this step, click on "Change settings that are currently unavailable".
Step 6
In this step, click on the "Hibernate" option and Save Changes.

Than when clicking on the Power button the Hibernate option will be included, as in:
