First of all open you Photoshop.

In the Menu Bar click on "File" > "Open" then select the image.

Select "Custom shape tool" in the Tool box then in the Options Bar click "Shape" then select "Frame".

Open any image of the Garden then create a duplicate layer then drag the frame, then by default, one layer will be created of the frame then right click on the duplicate layer then select "Create clipping mask" then attach the frame layer to the duplicate layer then open an image and adjust it in the frame.
