How To Change Your Windows Login Password In Windows 10

Introduction

In Microsoft Windows 10, you can assign the password to your system for security purposes. It is very important for the safety of your system data. If you have not made a password yet, then anyone can access your data without your permission. Usually, it is best if these passwords are at least eight characters long and you are using a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.

If you want to change your Windows login credentials, follow these steps.

Step 1 – First, click Start Menu icon.



Step 2 –  Now, select Settings.



Step 3 – You will be redirected to another window i.e. Windows Settings. Click on the Accounts option, as shown below. 



Step 4 – When you select the Accounts option, a new dialogue box is opened. Select the "Sign-in options".

Step 5 – In the next dialogue box, select "Password" option and change your password, as shown below.
