Prerequisites
- Microsoft Account – Corporate ID.
- Outlook Account.
- Dropbox Account.
Follow the below steps to build a Flow using template.
Step 1
Login to www.flow.microsoft.com
Here the dashboard,
Step 2
i. Choose the Templates from the menu bar
ii. Search Outlook to Dropbox in the Search bar and choose Save Email attachments from Outlook.com to Dropbox Templates.
iii. Now, Click on the Use this template
Step 3
Configure by signing in to Dropbox
Step 4
Sign into Dropbox &and we will give it permission to access our accounts
Step 5
i. Next, we sign into Outlook
ii. We give it permission to access our accounts
Now, both are configured, and choose create flow
Step 6
Next, we configure Outlook.com and Dropbox
i. Choose Inbox from outlook and create file scope attachment from dropbox. Then, Click save Flow
ii. The Flow is created
Output
Send a Email with attachment to outlook mail ID
Now, the mail is received in Outlook with attachment
Attachment is saved into the Dropbox in the specific folder (attachments)
Open the Attachment
