RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
# END WordPress
Option2:
rename the .htaccess file. change the permalink settings. This will generate the new .htaccess file and you are able to login perfectly.
