Excel Services in SharePoint
Using Excel Services, you can provide data or graphical information to the end users in a better and more understandable way.
Configuring Excel Services
In the web application, create a subsite under Site Collection in SharePoint.
Step 1 Go to the Central Administration and locate Application Management.
Step 2
Click "Manage service applications" and find the "Excel Services Application".
Step 3
Click on "Trusted File Locations" link and then, click on "Add trusted file location".
Step 4
In the location section, put the site address.
Step 5
Select children trusted checkbox, and enter the description.
Step 6
In the Session Management, use default value or modify your own value.
Step 7
In calculation behaviours, use default value or put your own value.
Step 8
In external data, use default value or put your own value.
Step 9
In user defined function, select user defined function allowed checkbox, then click on OK.
Step 10
It will be added and you can find it in Excel Services Application trusted file location. Here, you can manage all the services.
