In order to change the look of the Office 365 site, log in to the office 365 account first with your credentials.
Step to login
Once you log in, click on settings icon at the top right corner as shown in the below figure.

Select the ‘Change the look’ option and then page Navigate to site settings -> Change the look as shown below,

Select any theme from the list and click on it. Then it navigates to confirmation page as shown below,

Just click on Try it out as a final step. Page loads for few seconds as shown below.

We will see another confirmation page with selected theme displayed as shown below,

If you are confirmed with selected theme then click on Yes, keep it to save changes.
