How to disable Sync To Sharepoint Workspace

SharePoint workspace is used to sync your libraries and list on your computer and with SharePoint server. Due to security constraints, you may want to disable this option. So here are the list of steps to achieve this.

a. Enter the list of one of your library, such as Shared Documents.

b. Navigate to the document library where you want to disable.

c. Click Library Settings.
 d. Click Advanced Settings under the General Settings category.
 
e. Under Offline Client Availability category, select No to prevent users from download the documents.
