In this tutorial, we will see how we can reset the existing VM password, if you forget the same or want to change it for any other reason.
Step 1
Login to your Azure portal.
Step 2
Click VM, where you want to change the password for, as highlighted.

Step 3
Give a new user name & password. This user will have all the administration rights for this virtual machine.
Wait for few minutes as resetting of the password takes around 5-10 mins. Now, you can login with the new user.
