Continnum makes use of Qualcomm's ARM chip and Windows 10 universal apps to convert from a Windows mobile device to a personal computer, with responsive  web pages and good user experience.

Continnum is one of Microsoft's products which acts as a mediator/Interface between a Windows mobile device and a PC. You can connect a Windows mobile device to a personal computer (PC) via HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) with a Bluetooth keyboard and a mouse. You can work on the desktop (PC) with the bigger display. With this, you can interact with the Windows 10 operating system through its Bluetooth connected keyboard and a mouse. You can even check mails, write documentation, make a presentation, or play Windows 10 games.

Turning a Windows Mobile device into a PC through Continnum is not the first device to do so in the market, as the various tech giants like Asus, Motorola, and Canonical have been working on this development.

Asus has created various PadFones with which we can connect a mobile device(Android) to a PC. Follow this link to learn more about PadFones by Asus.
