Solution

• Open Web Platform Installer 5.0 and search for Microsoft Azure SDK for .NET (VS 2015)- 2.9.6 and click on "Add".

• It will ask for accepting the license permission. Just "Accept" and wait for completion.
  
  
  
  
• Also, we need to run "devenv /Setup" command on Developer Command Prompt for VS 2015, with Admin rights.
