In this blog, I have given the step to restore the deleted items from the site collection admin Recycle bin that is Site Collection Recycle Bin.
- Log in as site collection administrator.
- Click the Site Actions menu and select Site Settings.
- In the Site Collection Administration section, click the Recycle Bin link.
- In the Recycle Bin, click the Deleted from End User Recycle Bin link.
- Click the deleted objects you wish to restore and click Restore Selection.
