Yammer feed webpart
Navigate to Office 365 SharePoint team site - https://c986.sharepoint.com/sites/VijaiAnand/.
Click "Settings" icon and then click "Add a page".
Enter the page name and then click “+” icon. Click "Yammer feed".

Add the feed for a group, person, topic or yammer home in the webpart properties tool pane. Display size can be changed in the webpart properties tool pane.Click "Publish".
Result
Yammer feed webpart is added to the page and published.
