When you try to edit my content editor web part in SharePoint 2010 environment, you may face the issue"The system cannot find the file specified. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070002").
This is due to the fact that publishing feature is not activated at the site and site collection level.
- harePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure feature found at Site Collection Administration – Site Collection Features.
- SharePoint Server Publishing feature at Site Administration- Site features.
