If your web analytics report is not showing any reports in the Site Collection or Central Admin, please make sure to check the below timer job status in Central Admin.

If this timer job is showing the status as failed and you are getting the below error message...
"An update conflict has occurred, and you must re-try this action. The object SPUsageServiceInstance was updated by Domain\SVACCOUNT, in the OWSTIMER (5856) process, on machine SERVER01. View the tracing log for more information about the conflict."

Solution
Clear the SharePoint Configuration Cache.
Steps
- Stop the SharePoint Timer Service on all Servers.
- Open the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\SharePoint\Config\GUIDXXXX\ and delete all files from that directory except Cache.ini.
- Open Cache.ini, delete #, and put 1; then, save it.
- Restart the SharePoint Timer Service on all Servers.
