Twitter just announced Analytics (analytics.twitter.com) for
its users. On the analytics, twitter shows impressions and engagements on a
tweet. Impressions are simply views on a tweet. What about engagements? Let’s
look at the engagements in Twitter world.

As you can see from the above stats, besides impressions, there are media clicks, expands, favorites, retweets, clicks, user profile clicks and replies.
