So.. I have been having some issues with the repainting of my class designer in Visual Studio since installing Vista on my machine.. :(
Very frustrating if part of your daily tasks are designing classes using the class designer I proceeded to call Vista Support... mind you for the first time in my life calling Microsoft for support on anything at all, and found to my horibble surprise the support center was located in Indonesia.. now I dont have an issue with that per se.. but when I am frantically trying to get back to work and I can not for the life of me understand the lady on the phone, well... then it becomes an issue. So I politely, being the hell of a guy that i am, asked if there was someone else there I could speak with, eluded that it just may be the way my brain is wired... At any rate, I was told 'No, you must just hang up and call back.. I'm sure my cell phone provider gets a kick back for this service..
So 30 minutes later, I get told, well we dont know what to do.. but would you like to fill out a survey about your service with technical support? WTF? I have never been so dissappointed in my life...
Ultimately, Ill come up with the fix on my own, but jeez.. we pay good money for this 'top notch' service? Dont get me wrong, I am a Microsoft enthusiast, and have been for many years, yet can not help but to be terribly dissappointed with the way support issues are handled.
