Follow the below steps to create a Wordpress Blog with Azure Webapps:
Step 1
Click on New option from the bottom-left corner.
New -> Compute -> Web App -> From Gallery (Ready templates are available by category).

Step 2
Select “Blogs” from left side and it will display supported templates. Click on “WordPress”.

Step 3
Configure App options available.
Enter WordPress url, choose database, app service plan, and region.

Step 4
MySQL database name and database region are available. Also you can change the database name. Tick mark on “I Agree” option.

Wait for a few seconds. WordPress installation process is going onto Azure.

Step 5
Now click on Wordpress url.

Choose Preferred Language.

Step 6
Enter Site Title, Admin Username, Password, Email Id.
Click on “Install WordPress” button.

Click on “Login” button. Enter WordPress admin username and password

WordPress Dashboard.

Add WordPress plugins, change theme, and other options.
After changes please run the Wordpress blog.

Also it is responsive so the website will adjust according to mobile screen.
