ASP.NET App goes to Logout on Random base in All hosted app

Question

Hello  On IIS 6 we have 3 apps hosted . since last month  we are facing issue that anytime (mainly first time in morning) in all browser  app. allows to login ok after that most of time when user click on any module  it goes to Logout Automatic . Not in fix page / Module What can be issue or scenario. we have checked all dll  publish folder  web.config  machine.config etc.. Also no new development is done since long time. Hi thanks for update we am on conclusion that its error something assmebly / some files not found in Temporary ASP.NET Folders as shown in given image. We are using Form Authentication. we also put new copy of published project again and same issue occuring and this Server and IIS was working since 2 year so this is not issue of first time deployment. skype id

The below points may help you sort out the issue: 1. Is there any new automatic updates on the server? Especially .Net related. 2. Have you checked the log files of respective application? You didn't tell anything about what type of Authentication you are using.
