ASP.NET (product list page and shopping cart page)

I have been trying to resolve this without success, maybe you can help.
I have a need to create shopping product list page and shopping cart page. there if we create DataGrid in the product list page then how to include the "Add to cart " button.
these should be run on local host but not in Internet.
Any help, direction or advise would be greatly appreciated.
