AsyncFileUpload Ajax Control From Ajax control ToolKit

Question

I have Four DropdownList  on  Single web form. This Form is Master Page's  Content form. Master Page Contain Script Manager and Content page contain update panel.

Problem: When i use AsyncFileUpload Control then First Dropdownlist fill(popup) successful.Second dropdownlist based on first dropdown list means cascade and first dropdown list selectedindexchange event fill second dropdown list Successful.

But Now 3rd Dropdown list depends on 2nd dropdown means when 2nd dropdownlist selectedindexchange event call.Then method call successfully and data comes from database successfully i get data in datatable successfully.

But Data donot show in 3rd dropdown list. But when i remove AsyncFileUpload Control from page then successful 3rd dropdownlist successful fill(popup).

I want use AsyncFileUpload Control with Dropdown list But How solve this trouble? Please Help
