Banking system with a database linked need help

Question

How do i create a banking system with a database linked. I need the application with a user interface to communicate with. After done how do i get the exe file so i can burn in a disc. Please help me by giving the code and by designing the user interface for the system.

well i just need a banking system where all the user data like pin number  name contact information and etc. are inside the database. I also want it to be designed means that there should be a very attractive user interface. Basically i just want a banking system. So like first after the card has been entered it must ask pin no and if the pin is correct it should ask what transaction to be done like withdrawal transfer and all the things in a banking system.
