How to call GATT service in Windows Phone 8,

Hint: In Bluetooth Developers Web site, they have given proper numbers to Web Service like

1800, 1809 etc and also Bluetooth characteristics Web Service like 2A00, 2A01 etc.

Now, how do I call those Web services in Windows Phone 8??
