C# coding for Cybercafe management system

Question

sir/maam,

I m working on my TY project on Cybercafe management system, i just need help in connecting server n client through TCP, in server n client i just want client ip address on server machine  And also in timer concept for user,

 When user will login timer will start, it will give 30 min 1st n after 30 min's it will give an pop up to increase time limit. Also it will count the amount eg: 15 Rs for 30 min...

M not able to convert this logic in c# code ...Please help me as soon as possible...i have only 5 days left, to submit my project...
