Warning 1 The "ResolveAssemblyReference" task was not given a value for the required parameter "SearchPaths".
I having a issue to where if I VS is not finding no DLL or should I say references assemblies.
For example I tried to add the System.dll
it cannot find it for some odd reason. and it exists on local drive
in the path below, its not finding no dll at all, can some one help me
C:\Program Files\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\Framework\.NETFramework\v4.0
