c#calculation part

Question

from 5 member suppose if ist member give a client to the company then company give to ist member 10% directly of investment of client money and 6,4,3,2% to respective member respectvely or if second member give a client to the company only 3rd ,fourth, fifth will get 4,3,2 % directly.how i will calculate using c# or sql server
