Can I add a Refrence to a VS Project through code?

Hi all I was just wondering if anyone knows how to add a reference to a vs08 project through code and not using the VS interface. i have created a design time control that creates a dynamic assembly that i would like to add a reference to when the control is added to the project. Any one have any ideas any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Chadney.

you can use reflection to load and assembly using System.Reflection without having to add a reference to it.
