Can I trace the email whoever hits on the weblink

Question

Hi,

 

I am looking for a solution wherein we want to track email id's of whoever hit the link of our company website.We are a service company and forward our paid report to our paying clients.but sometimes these clients forward these email to others who might not be our clients.In such a scenario they can only send the link and the said person has to click the link from his email id.Is there a way,I can track the email id that is hitting on the link.
