Can we simulating MS-Access using .NET

Question

Hi, If I want to develop a software using .NET that uses the MS Access as database. Then do my customer need to MS Acess software on his computer or Is there a way to simulate the MS Access software and my Software. Please give your valuable advice Shashanka Saduneni
