column or table value does not match the table definition

Question

I design and code.

when i insert the values in run time it shows the column or table value does not match the table defintion.

The usual problem with stuff like this is that you're either: 1. Placing single quotes around columns that don't need them (e.g. numeric types); or 2. Failing to place single quotes around columns that do need them (e.g. string or date types). So I'd check that first. The only other possible problem I can think of is that the number of values you're inserting is not the same as the number of fields in the 'mis' table which of course it needs to be.
