Unfortunately you can't. .NET's MessageBox class is based on the unmanaged MessageBox function and as you'll see from this link there's no way to use a different font or font size: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/ms645505(v=vs.85).aspx If you need this functionality you'll have to create your own custom MessageBox class or look for one on the internet which some one else has already built.
