Configuring IIS on server 2003 with ASP.net 3.5 website

Question

I want to configure my site on IIS 6 which is build in ASP.NET 3.5 version.I have tried maximum options provide by MS to configure it.but still getting the errors.sometimes aspx page error,sometimes permissions (access denied).
Can some one suggest the procedure from initial step to final brows in the browser.

Try opening IIS shortcut type inetmgr in run. Right-click the application and go to property - > click Create to create application.
