I have never tried to convert multiple tiff images into a xps document. As for myself I have ever tried to convert tiff images to PDF and other formats of documents using the free trial package of a Tiff Converter . You can google it and select a manual image and document conversion tool to help you convert multiple tiff images into a xps document. Remember to check its free trial package first if possible.
